- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪For three decades after moving to Fairfax from NJ we have enjoyed the services of a most highly-recommended ophthalmologist who decided a year or more ago to retire. As existing patients of the excellent doctor, our business and patient records went to Eye Consultants and yesterday I had my first scheduled appointment. There are so many new (tech) machines and the office operates very smoothly. Staff members with whom I had contact were super friendly and helpful. I had met Dr. Ailani because my spouse is also a patient of his and during her year has had two cataract surgeries, one eye and then the next; and she is very happy with those.
